Privacy & Cookies

How information is handled when you visit the ADETERA website or contact us about a scientific project.

Contact: contact@adetera.com

Information you provide

When you contact ADETERA by email or through the website form, we receive the information you choose to send. The form requests your name, email address and message; a company name is optional. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage the related business communication.

Form submissions are sent to contact@adetera.com through our hosting mail service. The email address you provide is used for replies. The form does not create a website account, and the public website has no account-registration feature.

Website delivery and protection against automated submissions

Visiting the website involves sending technical information to the hosting server, including an IP address and the requested page or resource. Website and email infrastructure are used to deliver the pages and handle inquiry correspondence.

The contact form also uses a limited server-side record to restrict repeated automated submissions. This record contains a hashed identifier derived from the connecting IP address and submission-attempt timestamps. It does not contain the name, email address, company or message from the form. The identifier is used for the submission limit, rather than for advertising or tracking movement between pages.

The form’s technical record and your inquiry correspondence are separate. Message content is sent through email; it is not saved in the form’s anti-abuse record. For questions about information associated with an inquiry, contact us using the address below.

Cookies, browser storage and page features

The website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral-tracking tools. Its current application code does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB to remember visitors or build profiles.

Styles, images, scripts and the chart library are served from the ADETERA website. We do not embed external advertising, social feeds, video players or third-party font services. Your browser may cache ordinary website resources as part of loading pages.

The CardiX Validation Report uses the page URL and browser navigation history to preserve the selected view, sorting and compound context. These choices are not stored in a separate visitor profile. Display features use information such as viewport size and reduced-motion preferences locally to render the page. The site’s animations respect the device’s reduced-motion setting.

Links to other websites

The website includes links to external material, including scientific sources in the CardiX Validation Report and ADETERA’s LinkedIn page. Following a link takes you to a service with its own privacy and cookie practices. These are ordinary links; the external pages are not embedded into the ADETERA page.

Privacy questions and requests

For a question about how an inquiry is handled, or to request a correction or deletion of information you supplied, email contact@adetera.com. Include enough context for us to identify the relevant correspondence.

This notice describes the public ADETERA website and its contact form. A separately agreed client engagement may have its own terms for project data and deliverables.
